A huge amount of work has been invested in the creation of our database. The project lasted two and a half years, collecting data from several hundred sources and encompassing over 400 researchers working in 38 languages. Each company included has been contacted at least twice in order to collect and verify details. Our team continues to update the database, meaning that its information is always reliable. Moreover, to ensure that our subscribers get comprehensive and 100% factual information that is not enhanced in any way, we do not accept advertising of any kind in our database or printed directory and do not charge companies for inclusion. As a result we can present a uniquely comprehensive and accurate resource: the entire European packaging industry at your fingertips.
All the companies in The Packaging Database also appear in the printed directory, which lists companies alphabetically with full details in Volume 1 and classifies them under products and services they supply in Volumes 2 & 3.
We are proud to offer a quality product. However, we want to know if you have suggestions to improve our database or if there is any aspect with which you are dissatisfied. We will return your credits or your money if the data does not meet your expectations. Please send feedback via the email form on our Contact Us page.
To set up a corporate account, please call us on +44 (0) 1603 779886 or through the email form on our Contact Us page.
Simply click on the ‘Forgotten your login?’ link on the home page and provide the email address you signed up with when prompted. You will then be asked the security question you provided at registration. If you get this right you’ll then need to provide a new password for your account. This will change your account password for you, allowing you to log in once again.
There are a few reasons this may happen.
When you register an account this will happen the first time you try to log in as you will need to activate your account. Check your email– you will have received an email from our accounts team containing a link for you to click to activate your account. Click this and your account should be activated.
Alternatively you may have changed the email address associated with your account. If this is the case you will also have received an activation email. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.
Finally, Packaging Database retains the right to disable accounts at our sole discretion if we feel it necessary. If this is the case please contact customer services.
The best way to contact us is through the Contact Us page on the website. All requests or questions will be dealt with as quickly as possible by our support staff.
